Private and semi-private classes are taught on all apparatus; trios and small groups from 4 to 6 students are taught on mat.

Each class has exclusive access to the studio.

A private introduction is required to join any class.

Immersion in the essential principles of Pilates. Focus on deep and superficial muscle toning to improve physical fitness and posture; integration of breath with movement, development of body awareness and proprioception.

Deepening of Pilates’ core principles with exercises at an increased level of difficulty; coordination and balance work, enhancement of movement qualities.

Further exploration of Pilates principles through more challenging vigorous exercises; focus on augmenting quality of movement, precision, strength, and flexibility.
